The following Terms & Conditions govern your use of the almaines.com website and the information made available to you via this site. By accessing or using this site in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

ALMA INES reserves the right to update or modify the site, including these Terms & Conditions, at any time without prior notice. We recommend reviewing them periodically.

PAYMENT

Payments can be made securely via credit card through our payment gateway.

Online purchases of full-priced items are eligible for return within 7 days of receiving your order, for an exchange, store credit, or refund.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in perfect condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that do not meet these requirements may be declined and returned to the customer.

Return shipping labels are not provided. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.

Sale items are considered final and are not eligible for return or exchange unless deemed faulty.

ALMA INES does not currently offer international sales or shipping.

All original shipping charges are non-refundable.

All sale purchases are final.

TEMPORARY PROMOTIONS

Full-priced items purchased during a promotional period or using a promotional code are non-refundable unless deemed faulty. Exchanges or store credit will be issued for eligible returns.

FAULTY ITEMS

All items are quality checked prior to dispatch. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at shop@almaines.com with images and a description of the issue.

Items are considered faulty if received damaged or with a manufacturing fault. Items damaged through normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.

ALMA INES reserves the right to inspect returned items and may decline a refund if the item is deemed to be in saleable condition.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). A 10% GST is included in prices for orders.

PRICING & IMAGERY

ALMA INES reserves the right to alter or update pricing at any time.

We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary depending on your device, and variations in fit may occur due to individual body shapes and garment construction.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

If your order is lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us at shop@almaines.com within 7 days of placing your order.

While we will make every effort to assist, ALMA INES is not liable for items once they have been dispatched.
